TPA Romania is one of 15 contributors actively involved in the creation of the first “ABC of Sustainability”, an essential guide for small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) in Romania, created under the coordination of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFER). The guide was officially launched on 5 June, on World Environment Day, as part of the A to Z of Sustainability event. The “ABC of Sustainability” is available exclusively in digital format from the www.ccifer.ro website. It highlights the key concepts and legal references essential for any company wishing to adopt sustainable practices.
The “ABC of Sustainability” is a publication developed by the CCIFER Sustainable Communities working group. This comprehensive and practical guide was created with the contributions of 15 companies from different sectors (industry, energy, services, financial and banking, consultancy, insurance and telecommunications), who shared best practices and valuable experience relating to sustainability in business. The mechanism of the project was based on the association of one or more letters/words with each of the contributor companies. The team of experts from TPA Romania, coordinated by Claudia Bratu, were responsible for the texts corresponding to the letters J (Social Justice) and U (Sustainable Use of Resources).
